1 | Team Spirit & Charity
Not only was it a beautiful day for a race, but it’s also a great place to bring out that competitive side of you and unite your team to reach the finish line. From paddling together to having your drummer dressed up, all to raise funds for a great cause. This 16th Annual Dragon Boat race raised a whopping $251,735.20 with roughly 47 teams.
2 | More Than Just Races
Besides the races, the atmosphere around the Festival buzzed with energy. With live music setting the soundtrack for the day, creating an upbeat backdrop for both competitors and spectators. Families can enjoy a dedicated fun zone, offering activities and games for children of all ages, ensuring a festive day out for everyone.
3 | A Feast for the Senses
Food lovers rejoiced with a plethora of local food trucks, from tacos to lobster rolls to Hibachi, all while watching their favorite team compete. There were also local vendors showcasing arts, crafts, and local products, making it the perfect opportunity to support local businesses while enjoying the festival’s lively environment. The neat part of it all is that any proceeds that these vendors made all went to Ground Zero Ministries in support of their cause.
