A MESSAGE FROM OUR TEAM
As we welcome 2022, it’s with great excitement for the changes that we’ve implemented with the Coastal Insider and Real Living Home Realty Group. We’re pleased to reveal the new direction of our companies and brand, as members of the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices franchise. As of the new year, our real estate company is now Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Coastal Real Estate. Real Living is affiliated with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, and we were invited to be a direct franchisee of the latter because of the growth and development that we have experienced as being a part of Real Living for the past several years. It’s with pride and enthusiasm that we embrace this opportunity, as it means that we are even better positioned to serve our community’s real estate needs with unparalleled access to resources, technology and collaborative mentorship. The Grand Strand area has and continues to experience exponential growth, and at the forefront of that is the influx of people moving here and boom in real estate.
