MARKETING ZONES
Zones: A $250 reservation fee will be required to reserve any zone(s).
Reservation Fee
- Refundable: The fee will be refunded if the co-op postcard isn’t finalized within 30 days.
- Non-Refundable: If the campaign proceeds, the fee becomes a credit toward the campaign. If the advertiser withdraws, the $250 is non-refundable.
Final Payment Due
- Within 5 Days: The initial payment, based on the selected zones, is due within 5 days of being notified that the postcard is finalized.
- Non-Refundable: Once made, the payment for each selected zone is non-refundable.
Payment Plan Options
- 2 Zones: 2-month payment plan (billed every 30 days)
- 3 Zones: 3-month payment plan (billed every 30 days)
- 4 Zones: 4-month payment plan (billed every 30 days)
Contract of Services
- Initial Payment: The first payment, based on the selected zones, must be made within 5 days of reserving the zones.
- Campaign Fulfillment: Once payment is completed, the postcard will be mailed out within 2 weeks.
- Analytical Reports: Reports will begin 7 business days after the postcard is sent out and will be delivered via email for 4 consecutive weeks.
- Non-Refundable Clause: Payments are non-refundable but can be credited toward future campaigns if necessary.
